Convention Buddy Program

Rules for being eligible

Each EPTDA member is entitled to invite one non-EPTDA member (distributor or manufacturer) to the Convention.
The invited company must be eligible for EPTDA membership.
A company may join the Convention as a “buddy” only once every five years.
Buddy manufacturers cannot join the MD-IDEX but may, of course, arrange meetings outside the MD-IDEX.
Buddy distributors may participate in the MD-IDEX.
As a buddy, there is no participation fee (except for the EPTDA Academy); however, participation is limited to a maximum of two attendees. From the third participant onward, standard fees apply.
Travel and hotel costs must be covered by the buddy.
